We strive to deliver all orders within 1 – 3 working days of your order being processed, depending on destination and type of shipping used.
All products on our website are subject to availability and payment must be received before your order is processed. We make every effort to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase.
If the products you have ordered are out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to discuss alternative options. We will also contact you if we require additional identification for credit card verification.
Delivery time will depend on the availability of your items, order processing time, order quantity, and the region you live in. When you place your order, you will get an approximate delivery time based on these factors. Shipping charges and suitable shipping options will also appear on the order page.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.
30-day returns. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
Condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags. Proof of purchase is required.
Not returnable. Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items.
How to start a return. Email CustomerCare@BeautyBlisss.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions.
Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refundable.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
