Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. All orders are fulfilled through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

• If any items are out of stock or require additional credit card verification, we will contact you promptly.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our reusable gift bags and accessories. Each item is checked carefully before shipping.

30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable.

 

How to start a return
Email CustomerCare@BeautyBlisss.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return. We will share return instructions and an RMA.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our expense.

For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order. Or email us and we will help if stock allows.
